Dana’s Menu is a home-cooked meal delivery service. After years of working in the world of advertising sales, it is time to take my own path so I am here to supply you with home-cooked meals every week!

• Having family come visit and you don’t want to spend your entire time in the kitchen?
• Planning a party or celebration and would like some home cooking featured at your event?

Then I’m your solution!

Want homemade cheesy lasagna that includes Parmigiano Reggiano, feta, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses?  Spaghetti with meat sauce that starts with San Marzano tomatoes from Italy?  Tasty baked chicken with a spice mixture that includes 5 different chilis from spicy to earthy?  Luscious mashed potatoes with sour cream, half and half and butter?  Or just a simple pot roast with roasted potatoes or meatloaf topped with a secret sauce?

I am a home-cook taught and inspired by my mom. The meals I prepare are based on childhood memories and my life’s travel experiences, with a twist. I take almost any recipe and make it my own since it’s all about layers of flavor. I will provide you with a main course, a side and a vegetable. Delivered to your door weekly.

If you have dietary restrictions, I’m sorry that I won’t be an option for you. I use peanut oil for cooking stove-top since it has a high smoke-point and no flavor. Both aspects make it possible for me to cook at high temperatures and no interference in the flavor of the final product. I use full-fat milk, sour cream, yogurt and real butter. If you don’t have any dietary restrictions, I look forward to our food adventure together!

As much as I love gravies and sauces, they do not travel well or reheat well.  I will try to incorporate in future dishes when I know I can deliver a quality product.

We all eat with our eyes first so photos of each dish will be added to this site as I cook them.
